looking for similar guidance, i found a 70k to 90k value estimated home, listed for 55k only work that i can tell from the pictures is updating the wallpaper to a basic egg white paint and i can do that myself in a 2 weeks or so.

@Louis SianoOnce the summer is over, they will have regular scheduled meetings in a few locations throughout Massachusetts, most meet once a month on a scheduled day of the week 

Then a week later, I would get a letter in the mail saying "sorry, the reserve price set is X and your bid was not accepted".To do this, it's a game of numbers.

The rehab is not to extensive so 6 weeks tops.

Thanks @Ned Carey great info I am an Hvac Tech looking to get involved in the real estate investing and I drive a lot everyday of the week so I will now take a notepad and jot down anything I see when enroute.
