There are pretty simple ways to begin building your credit.

Send a link to a Microsoft document detailing all information, a simple email with Dropbox link for pictures?

I recently watched a video in which one of the strategies besides buying Real Estate Investment properties was to use your Heloc to pay down your home mortgage because of the simple interest versus amortization schedule. 

Simple fix is to really be motivated, find a neighbourhood you like, get out and either door knock, send flyers and keep calling.

I’ll stay simple as the qualified intermediary’s (QI) will respond more fully.

I'm lucky that full time job allows me to WFH so that's taken up a big chunk of my time, but for self educating, I've attended a couple of virtual meetups and I'm currently switching between:The Canadian Landlord Guide - Expert Advice to Become a Profitable RE Investor BT's The Book on Investing in RE with No Money DownMy wife and I have also been playing a lot of Scrabble so maybe that counts as self education if my vocabulary gets better?

I'll continue to keep it simple.
