What conversations do I need to have with the PM companies?

Have a meaningful conversation with at least 5 people at every meeting, and start building a team.

Some people get it mixed up.I haven't been tracking my conversions like I should just yet.

I finished up an hour long deep conversation with someone  and they tried to convince me why their decision to RENT and have the option of "being a nomad without owning anything" was the way to go. 

I was able to find that Apple Federal Credit Union allows for a non-occupant co-signor, at least per initial screening conversations with them.

I intend to pursue the same route that you did: FHA loan and negotiate to have closing costs covered.How did you approach the conversation about the closing costs?

I plan to have a sit down, no distraction conversation with my spouse soon.

Have that conversation with them too....that they're personally on the hook if the business doesn't work out...until you can get it released at full price.
