Here on the ground, the only actual feedback or cancelations we've gotten are actually the opposite with some bookings being lost to Hispanic travelers that are afraid of the governor's immigration policies (actual guest message), but even those I'm sure are barely a rounding error and mostly fluff in the grand scheme of things.So you have a bunch of markets acting basically exactly the same. 

These amenities are in high demand year-round in Florida and can lead to higher occupancy rates and rental income.5.

Some people will add quarter-round trim to existing baseboards instead of removing, again adding material and labor costs.  

They live there because it is convenient to Belton/Temple and or Round Rock Georgetown and they can live there because it is a little bit cheaper than the Austin MSA.  

Some parts of Round Rock have 3.17% tax rate while others 2.3%. 

Too far for me to manage.But to answer your question, it's a good investment because rent is still affordable as people are getting priced out of Round Rock and Georgetown. 

Our goal is to find lenders, brokers, insurance agents, wealth managers, and CPA's to round out our membership.

Politics aside..it's getting hotter elsewhere, but less rainy on the Oregon Coast and more hospitable year round.

Finding reliable caregivers was challenging, but we eventually landed a good private caregiver, who did daily rounds, for mornings and evenings, plus a student nurse who was exceptional for mid-days.
