Good Morning All, I had a thought after all the years I’ve been lurking around BP I’ve never once saw a video or a lifelike document of how a successful REI coached or trained a rookie investor.

I know this city really well and they're pretty strict on conversions, it's not something you can add willy nilly bc they're trained to drive around and look for unpermitted projects.

So I know a thing or two about how the human mind works and associations.That said I've been training real estate investors and real estate agents for years and have found that the question, "how do you get your spouse onboard with real estate investing" is one of the most common.Its right up there with how do I buy a house with no money.

Lay people are not trained in getting a property to appraise, but real estate agents (good ones at least) are.

They have monthly meetings and trainings.

On the supply side, folks that lost their jobs just got a 3-12 month forbearance gravy train, no rush to sell, limiting supply.

I don’t think  your the right guy to introduce the RE training Gurus to the stage.

BTW, I used to train staff, maintain, troubleshoot and set up computers and phone systems during the 80's :c).  

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.
