If your plumber is behind schedule, that means your drywall guy can't close up the walls, the painter can't paint them and the finish carpenter can't put up the crown moldings.That one delay can push your project back for weeks.  

Also considered replacing the light kits currently on the fans with something more modern, with LED lights in it, and painting the metal parts of the fan with Oil Rubbed Bronze Rustoleum.

Older properties carry a higher likelihood of systemic problems: lead paint, poly piping, aluminum wiring, asbestos, environmental issues, etc. 

The house is in a great neighborhood and needs new a garage door, new carpet, and paint.

I also offered to paint her place to a color she liked as well.

Most of the other work they did was flooring and painting. 

Yes, it's only paint touch up, new light plate and electrical plates, possible new light fixtures and cleaning, but this only helps the owner and costs you less then $1000!

I'd report it and then your liablity would be less,, put out cones or paint sidewalk use.. caution

They will be painted, not stained.  

I've visited the property and repairs are minimal, only including new appliances, fresh paint, and carpeting.
