Just make sure to talk to your managing broker if you are related to the seller as this can cause a conflict where you would not be able to represent the buyer as a transaction broker, but instead as a customer.

Most agencies have a Customer Service (Self Help) Function that will give you "straight from the horse's mouth" answers (or at least what the answer is today. 

If one signs up for AirBnB, is there a way to automatically parse each customer's payment so that all the city requirements are met?
