AirBNB Los Angeles City Requirements.
If one signs up for AirBnB, is there a way to automatically parse each customer's payment so that all the city requirements are met? I read there is a 14% transient tax, licenses to get and so on. Any all in one services out there where everything is taken care of automatically?

I am pretty sure AirBnB automatically collects the 14% tax in order to satisfy the regulations.
There is an article about it on the AirBnB FAQ that I read recently.
