The guy from Houston above reflects what many of my associates are saying about out of state investment.

I recently completed my 5th deployment on the 1st of November, 2016 and have done a lot of self-reflecting about the legacy I would like to leave. 

Anyway she mentioned that it takes 5 days both ways on a wholesale flip for the deed to be reflected.  

Crime stats that reflect an area often change by the time they make the news and taxes are pretty low per unit at this point even with recent increases and the new fees for garbage pickup for 1-4 units(garbage tax doent effect 5-up unit buildings).  

But the profits we see serve as a reflection of the successful implementation of our dream… NOT from preying on free trials for ‘unfiltered or verified data that is inaccurate or disconnected contact info’, as the poster claims.

Prepayments cannot be seen as a profit motive, that becomes predatory, the penalty is to reflect the costs associated with making the loan, setting up servicing and be indemnified under any servicing contract, it's not a profit center nor should the be used to tie the hands of a business borrower.

However, reflecting back on that, I wish I would have done more due diligence on the people involved.  

The main reason for me changing my outlook on investing: I got to a point where I couldn't get any more money which allowed me to reflect on my goals, of financial freedom.

Occasionally I reflect on my goals, "sub-goals" and paths that lead to accomplishing them.

Eventually, given time, words of wisdom and truth will have an effect.There can be considerable cost to speaking up, as is reflected in the Bill’s statement that speaking to the tenant could be, “damaging your relationship with the tenant.
