Absolutely not.In fact to me (and this is because I know better then most), it is a complete waste of time.Many people will tell you "yeah sure it works" because they aren't really the authority on lead gen.For example..

However, my preferred hard money lender is stating they can't provide funding since the bank is not authorizing access to the inside of the house prior to closing. 

Unfortunately, they will occur in the next 6 to 18 months after the banks have authority and time to forclose on their properties.

I normally would not recommend this, but I recognize there are small markets with a total dearth of professional management options, unfortunately.
