Depending upon the HVAC system in the house, it will also be contaminated and need to be replaced.Depending upon the vintage of the house, the tile on that basement floor (shown in one of the photos), should be tested for Asbestus.

If you're planning on operating in other states I suggest you get the license and one in each state, states have participating agreements you may not need to be tested in other states. :)BTW, that loophole thinking, I can manage a property for you with a power of attorney, that will get past the license requirement for one party being served, it won't fly if I'm conducting business as a property manager.

I took the national test on line, a practice test, I missed 6 out of 100 due to some new disclosures required that I was unaware of (I'm aware now), so I have an idea of what's taught.We have 50 different state laws governing the note business and federal laws.
