I’m not sure how much the asbestos removal is, the inspector said it can be in the “tens of thousands” and that a contractor wouldn’t do work without it properly being removed first.

My theory is that they really don't have a solid grasp on the proper way to do it, i.e. handshake deals, improper tenant screening, etc.
