They rather line 300 suckers up at  $1k a pop with a potential of scoring 30 people paying $25k for mentoring in each city or better yet just sit at home on a webinar promoting their lies online and hoping you opt in and pay....Some even have the nerve and want you to apply to see if you are the right fit for their program when you will have to fork over thousands.

You have to run project numbers over and over to determine what you could live with on the deal or if the current deal is unworkable for your time with what you have to give away.What you want as a back end promote is up to you.I know some developers on larger deals of 50 million or higher that take a 50% back end promote.

I would think if it is a restaurant/caterer it could be a great way to promote your building by foot traffic eating at the establishment on a daily basis.
