A couple of considerations to add to the other posts:1.Are you paying cash for the down payment or borrowing?

So glad you took the time to post this. 10K is a major investment when you add to it $197 a month and 50% profits.

To be fair with WealthAbility, I wanted to provide an update for the BP community - Within a couple days of my initial WealthAbility post on the BP forums I was contacted directly by WealthAbility.

I only posted to this forum because this is my ideal field of interest since I want to be involved in large scale deals.
