Some credit card companies go one step further for our vets and offer 4% interest on PRE-existing debt, while others yet (I think it's Citibank and Barclays issued cards) offer an eye popping 0% interest on pre-existing credit card debt. 

I’m working a full-time job that pays 50-60k a year (depending on commissions/bonuses), the only debt to my name is a recent auto loan for $13k, credit cards and my mortgage.

Would a good way to try and find owner finance deal would be ‘driving for dollars’ sending out post cards etc. things like that?

They pay a fee if they pay with a credit card.  

Medical debt has less weight than credit card debt or utility debt for example.

No joke,  If you show that you have a steady job for at least 2 years you can apply for a loan from a bank. 2) Pay your current and future bills on time, don't be late with payments.3) Keep your credit score above 700  4) Apply for a credit card if you don't have one and use it.. this shows you can handle the responsibility of paying back money and helps your credit score.5) Don't borrow money from family or friends..

In my market the average home price is under 250k, but I get my clients a gift card and then a nice christmas ornament on year 1, and have a follow up system in place for years 2-10. 

I feel like when I network, there are always a bunch of people there who put on this big fake smile with their business card out stretched who “yes” you to death and agree with every word that comes out of your mouth because they want you to like them.  

I've also accumulated a lot of credit card debt with renovations, lawyers, and a tenant from hell.
