Looking back over the past years, the guys that sacrificed cash flow for principle reduction have done the best.

You can play with the LTV and/or the loan interest rate to go from 7% to 10% rather than juicing all the way to 15% as I set forth in my example, but the principle is the same.  

Oh and forget about stocks :) Just my opinion.

Not sure,been in real estate investing fo 35 plus years always worked as a principle so never learned how to sell someone elses property.

He is a hardcore believer in stock piling gold.

I don't know anything about stocks.

There may be a hybird installment contract available that passes ownership on a restricted basis until the obligation is fully paid, the concept is to have the title restored to the seller if less than 10% of the principle has been paid with notice of default and a deed of trust provision if 10% or more has been paid.
