advising me to sell a property I was conflicted about, so I sold and while it may have been a “smart” decision that was VERY lucrative, I regret selling and probably always will.If your husband already has one property that he regrets selling and your family is doing ok without the sale, I’d recommend you not to pressure him to sell if he is telling you it doesn’t sit right with him.

But having listened to thousands of podcasts episodes and forum posts read, you will definitely get a decent gauge for some popular markets for things that align with your goals.

Good thing is there is no pressure to sign up for this program. 

We never want investors to feel pressured on an investment or even worry about earnest money.

@Michael Long -  No pressure but we do have 1 member who lives in Tel Aviv and one who lives in Prague. 

That should cover the cost of the new boiler, circulator, expansion tank, pressure reducing valve, necessary piping and labor for a complete install.

While I think this may make them feel even more pressured to pass this, I think cooler heads will prevail.I may be a bit too optimistic on this, but honestly, only time will tell. 

If I'm launching a new account I'll take a gauge at the competition, yes, but not to see how big they are but to see what wording they are using, how are they positioning themselves in the marketplace, are they using relevant ad copy, are they using the keyword in the path URL, are they even using something so basic as ad extensions.

The technician that I called to come out simply put the gauges on it and said it was low on refrigerant and that it would need a minimum of 4lbs for it to blow cold.
