Similar to the FUD factor.Fear of making a bad deal because of ignorance of what I NEED to know to make an educated decision(s).I am quickly fixing the ignorance part with lots of reading of RE books and with the excellent info and helpers on Bigger Pockets.Soon oh very soon deals will be made :) Actually I am in the process of building my "team" for RE deals.

.), you will want to show a trend in neighborhoods that have gone up in value have increased the city's tax revenue over time, etc...While I am no expert, in the past, that has been the best route that I have seen to get discounts.As All Cash points out, having someone who used to sit on the board that makes those decisions is always a great route to go as well.

Andrew, I believe you meant to post this in the REO not Bulk REO forum.But to answer your questions, that servicing company wont be servicing very long with decisions like that.
