I just need to know the actions to take that will lead to the most productivity, and I think I’ll be ok.

Perfect planning prevents poor performance (in this case, financial performance).I hope this article inspires someone to get out and take action because it's never too late to invest in real estate!

The fact is that I sent out about 6 emails and only got 1 bite, however the 1 bite landed me 2 properties in a great location that just happen to be next door to one another and owned by the same owner that just rehabed them and wanted both leased and even worked in a discount to lease both.It's definitely possible, you just have to take action, but be completely honest about your intentions.

To reinforce the idea: educate yourself and your girlfriend prior to taking action, then move forward. 

The education and training that is structured from A-Z is highly expensive from many experts in REI.I understand in this field you have to put in the work and apply action to get results.

We are meeting to create an action plan of getting started this week, and I would love to know a top 5 things perhaps that we need to really knock out of the park in order to ensure our success.
