Hello,  my co-worker sparked my interest in real estate investing and now I'm a little obsessed, although I need a little guidance on how to start organizing my plans. 

A quick google search yielded a massive amount but I would like to get some BP opinions to narrow my Search down to 2-3...

In my opinion, it’d be worth it to understand exactly what your getting into and what your rights and risks are.

Can anyone give me opinions on the tenant screening website they use?

employees give mixed opinions (alot).one supervisor said they own the whole box, but someone owns a house and i get political flyers left on the door step alot and church things..thx, (p.s., this question does not ask about placing Inside a mailbox, thats already known, or the default opinion: no, .....lol...)

Do you recommend getting a contractors opinion even though I’m trying to close this deal quickly and trying to keep my margin as high as possible?
