to invest or not invest scenario
Hi guys! It's my first time posting here.I guess all the people here are from the US? I hope this is relevant here but I am looking at a potential property here in the Philippines (my home country) which looks good but I just I need a few opinion from the pros here. The property is a 1 bedroom apartment with a downpayment of 60 000 pesos, and after which in-house financing takes place which is at 10% interest rate to be paid. So, considering the mortgage is 15,000 pesos monthly and I can rent the apartment to as much as 25000 pesos. Is this a good deal? Or should is 10% interest too much? The apartments cost 1800000 pesos. Is it a go?
