I wish the Network>Real Estate Agents feature in BP had an option to filter for short sale experienced agents.  

I’m happy to facilitate whatever updates the owner wants to do while I’m renting; I benefit from upgraded features and the owner benefits from having somebody coordinate the work and keep eyes on the project.

While you could do this, what typically isn’t pointed out is that those loan docs you signed include a call/demand feature that allows the lender to call/demand full repayment if title changes - which is exactly what happens when you do the quit claim.

It’s nerve wracking moving from our hometown to a brand new city, especially with our uncertain job situation.  

The Utah Housing loan features higher fees up front but then really good rates for the duration of the loan. 

Out of state investing is very appealing but nerve-racking putting trust in so many different people without psychically being there.  

Will they remember after the showing that the house had that particular feature?

They feature the different investing strategies as well as define key terminology through interviews with relatable investors!

It's a bit nerve-racking thinking about 5 kids in a relatively small 3 bedroom apartment but I am hopeful.
