That would necessitate them only working about 10 hours per week (you cannot pay less than minimum wage, not including the free lot rent which is defined as a condition of employment).

I suggest that you issue the man a notice to quit for serious nuisance, and list the two episodes - threatening a neighbor/visitor with a club (after all, that's what a piano leg is) in the parking lot, and screaming, cursing, and slamming doors at 1:40 AM in his unit, thus disturbing everyone else's peaceful enjoyment, and necessitating that the police come for a second time to deal with his behavior. 

We're going to start by flipping a few properties to get the hang of rehab then add in rentals using the BRRR strategy.

Apart from building the cabinets (which is easy once you get the hang of it), they are easier to install because they hang on one metal rack which you cut to size and then screw into the wall.
