Does the condition of the property allow for you to collect similar rents to the nearby properties?  

It's expensive here, and returns are definitely not as high as other nearby areas (Albuquerque, Cortez, others...), or even positive at all.

Depending on who the buyer is and where you are from, it might be convenient to find someone nearby.

If you have scale, than it may make sense to keep extra supplies in a storage area within the homes or nearby.

It's just a minute away from highway, good shopping mall in few minutes, hotels near by.
