Recently I moved the said property from KY LLC to IN LLC and I still have 3 months left on the current lease. 

Been researching for long time before the move.

Another option is to look into selling the mobile home (or giving it away depending on how much work is needed) and looking for another used mobile home in better condition to move on the land.

I've done my research and feel that this is slightly below market price.I plan to move into downstairs unit once I can get current tenants out. 

some guests try to work the system and demand full refunds with elaborate stories. two weeks after they cant post a review so move on. 

I’m hoping to move forward with the knob and tube remediation before the end of this year as I finally received a reasonable quote to do the work.

Lots of unknowns here, but this is the thought the process I use when analyzing opportunities. 

My wife and I are remodeling a 1940s bungalow-style home in St Petersburg, and after several months of interior work, we need design help and drawings of the front exterior for our contractor to gain permits from the city and move forward with the project.The original front entrance of the home was covered with an addition built by previous owners, and we'd like to boost curb appeal and value by adding a driveway, front steps, a new door with sidelights, and an overhang jutting out from the gable with columns. 

This is in an effort to make moves toward our goals without sinking ourselves.

I have a husband and 2 kids and I promised my son we wouldn't move again until he has graduated high school (3 years).
