Hi @Jackson Hanssen Ty for answering.I don't want to merge the two LLCs because I'd like to preserve family only ownership in my family LLC (LLC-A) for the same number of doors.

I am new to the whole real estate business.

Lets discuss some bridge, fix and flip, ground up construction and DSCR loan scenarios for both purchase and refinance options .

I am looking to find a property in the area where I live as it is my first investment property and I want to be able to monitor as much of the process as possible.

Many bad renters will offer to pay extra up front as a means of avoiding your screening or skipping to the front of the line ahead of more-qualified applicants.

Most of us start with cheaper properties, frankly, because often it's the only option. 

I have had several Colorado LLCs (single member LLCS with one single family residential rental per LLC, so very small-time) for a decade, and always file my periodic report so am in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State, but have only just heard that I need to file a BOI report before the end of the year.
