I guess I'm not that well networked so have never had to accept more than one at a time ... so being sent back to the news screen has not become annoying ;)

I have read/listened to a few dozen books on investing, listened to lots of podcasts and spent time networking at local meetups and attending open houses.Currently I am looking for my first home purchase, hopefully in the Portland area.

If you are looking to sell to a wholesaler you need their buying criteria, contracts and standard terms.If you are looking to buy from a wholesaler you need to ask them what their model is.

For example, reach out to your network of family and friends and let everyone know you're in the process of becoming licensed.

Can't wait to meet some new people and create a network to learn.
