We monitor return rates, but they are pointless...the ultimate measure is campaign ROI...so, even if we mailed 1,000 pieces and got one deal, we could have a huge ROI....versus saying we got x response rate and considering that important...I'd be glad to talk more about this..

Point being, if your goal is 7-10% returns, I think you can aim higher with the right investments.If your primary goal is income, then there is something to be said for paying cash and ditching the P&I payments.
