@Al Smith I am sure an attorney can accept the letter but I would also send it according to landlord tenant laws of your state and most likely that includes mailing to last known address.

If you accept their bid it’s like Christmas to them and you end up over paying.With that said I will also say sometimes the lowest bid is not the best bid.
