@Blake ReynoldsIf you are not using a CRM system such as Zoho or polio then I would recommend you start.

The major thing that concerns me is the age of the central electric system, hearing system and water heaters which are all 15 years old.  

Hi Everyone,So i recently installed a security system at my two properties and when I asked about a discount I was told that they don't offer a discount for systems installed in rental properties.

And not only has it made it more family friendly (We keep it tranparent with the other sibling, and other family members involved) but when we have disagreements we have systems in place to handle those and it doesn't become an awkward thanskgiving dinner!

Many counties have separate systems for the tax assessor.All these systems have a learning curve. 

If your turnover time was more than 1 month you have something seriously wrong with your systems.

I figure, once I learn the new system, the extra hour or so of work completing the forms is well worth the cost savings.  

However, I feet It has a lot to do with existing relationship..in this case..

Think of it as cheap insurance for your septic system, which if it goes bad can not only get nasty messy but expensive too.As far as the OXO goes, I have no experience with that product but I get your concern--my wife has long hair.
