Hi Everyone,My name is Daniel Huynh and I’ve been listening to the BP podcast and lurking in the forums for over 6 months.

Yea...I appreciate that you appreciate what I wrote, but you're not listening to it - lol.The types of things you are thinking about and talking about are quite valid and you are not alone, but the reason I say that is not why you think it is.

I've bee listening to more and more podcasts and gaining interested in investment strategies and opportunities.

I have been an avid listener of the BiggerPockets podcast, and decided that I should start being more active in the forums as well. 

I have listened to thousands of hours of BP podcasts (as well as others) and audio books on the various forms of investing.I am "that guy" with 800+ credit, what I believe to be more than adequate knowledge, great communication skills, a real estate sales background, and very little REI experience.I'm anxious to find a great Core 4 (Lenders, Deal Finders, Contractors, Property Managers) and start a successful buy-and-hold REI career, locally and/or long distance. 

Dived super deep into the research of how, why, when on REI through listening to podcasts, reading blogs, and now discovery this amazing community which I am super grateful to be apart of and hope to give as much back as possibly can be give in return.

@Alex Rand - I dont have zero experience in commercial, only residential, so maybe you should not listen to me at all...That said, with the ever expanding to e-commerce, the traditional retail has been and will continue to shrink, meaning the demand for retail space has been reducing and will continue to reduce....I would not get too greedy here....

Then, I came across Rich Dad Poor Dad while I was browsing through social media and decided to read it/listen to the audiobook as well.
