The recently-built dollar store lost the battle with then neighboring dollar store and the small grocery/hardware store.

There seems to be a decent amount of breakers online but finding one in the store shelf would be very unlikely.

Ideally, I'd like to use private money as a form of leveraging rather than to use personal capital and risk losing future projects due to lack of liquidity.  

I have no liquid assets I can buy it outright.
