Never simply look at a credit SCORE, but make sure you look at the whole REPORT.

Some landlords require more to move in if the tenant get not so much of a good score on their scoring system; or if the tenant had a prior eviction within a certain timeframe.

We didn't use the money for the advanced classes like they hoped, but my credit score sure liked the increases.
