Never simply look at a credit SCORE, but make sure you look at the whole REPORT.

@Nnena O.Interest rate is a little on the higher said, but it all depends on your credit score. 

Some landlords require more to move in if the tenant get not so much of a good score on their scoring system; or if the tenant had a prior eviction within a certain timeframe.

We didn't use the money for the advanced classes like they hoped, but my credit score sure liked the increases. 

Shawn:You might want to leverage the BP search function and score the forums for Lease  and Purchase Option.  

With that being said I have a student loan that could use that money and my credit score is not good at all.

Excuses about late rent have fallen dramatically as credit scores have risen (the previous landlord didn’t do credit reports or background checks)Now more on the second year of ownership.
