College age leasing staff seem to get paid $10-15 per hour at apartment complexes.

Now sometimes it would take a day or two for a return phone call but otherwsie emails were fast and their staff friendly and knowledgable, I havent had any problems so far *fingers crossed*.

I set up dates where I would go in and provide maintenance training for the staff on keeping maintenance cost down and on repair.

There aren't that many "real jobs" in real estate so not only do you need to find someone who is hiring staff but you have to have a skill set that fits a need.
