We are remodeling a kitchen and decided to buy new cabinetry (different configuration).  

The home is a 1971 split-level that originally had the kitchen and living room separated by a large wall. 

We are putting hardwood floors throughout the living room and kitchen and all other main areas.

It needs paint, carpet, bathroom, and kitchen.

The previous system had long ago vanished.Rehab was very involved with having to tear out the bathroom down to the floor joists, building new supports for the joists, running all new hot and cold water lined into the house to all points of distribution, all sheetrock work including ceiling repairs as a result of serious roof leaks, new sub-floor in kitchen, all new cabinets and appliances and of course all normal lights, fixtures and other cosmetic requirements.

As you can tell from these before pictures, the kitchen needed a lot of help!

She said everything in the kitchen was original except the flooring, including the appliances!

When we get around to renovating our kitchen, it will be French door all the way.

I dont even paint bathroom or kitchen ..they might make me put stack vents ..I have no clue what they need.
