I will likely find a Wholesaler in my market who is in the business of ‘finding deals’; it’s worth it to me to give them a % as this took all day & I have a full time job!  

So just one accountant would do the job, just get some free consultations before choosing one to build a relationship with. 

Indy is business friendly and has a AAA credit rating, lots of jobs and has had a steady 3% population growth over the past 30 years.

We do not want to deal with coins and maintaining.Can anyone recommend a laundry service that they feel does are great job of maintaining their equipment and offer a fair split?

I have a painter that I like who could probably handle some smaller handyman jobs as well.

My husband started side jobs doing property preservation, and home inspection (He's licensed).
