Hi,I’m looking to buy a primary resident in the middlesex county of new jersey. 

A month ago I closed on 3 mores properties where I'm located in North Jersey and I'm beginning renovations this week.

I currently live in the Jersey/NYC area but am looking to potentially sell my current home in Jersey and relocate somewhere with nicer weather and somewhere where I can get homes for cheaper that give a little more bang for the buck.

I bought a New Jersey utility tax lien for a commercial property and now considering paying the subs- property taxes for 2018 and 2019 that haven’t been paid.

If you branch out of NYC, either to Long Island like I did, or northern jersey, or upstate NY, you’ll find much more supply at prices that are a bit more affordable.

Jersey isn’t cheap unless you buy in D class.
