This is a serious situation and you need to talk with a licensed professional, not random people on the internet.

I cited a few resources, but also saw quite a few similarities to the last major recession that was not related to a bank or internet crash.

Do some internet research, see if the owner lives in another house in the county, etc.

There was not much at all that I could find on the internet about it but what I did get was that a bonded lease agreement is where the tenant pays for all those expenses that the landlord would normally pay for in exchange for a long term lease.

We know what everyone wants: coffee, internet, cleanliness, etc.

I know the tenant pays for the internet & cable but what about gas, electricity, water/sewer, & trash?
