Any insights or experiences you can share would be incredibly valuable.Are there specific markets that you find promising or challenging at the moment?

So as others have stated experience is definitely a key factor but I feel like across all of these experiences there are a number of inefficiencies at play.However the fact that no investors have responded to my post indicates perhaps I've just had really bad luck.

Since your experience level (1st investment) is very limited, I'd speak with some title companies to get a feel for comfort level in working with them.You'll be asking a bunch of questions (you should!)

Beware, some blanket loans, despite having a partial release clause, will still mandate you pay 120% of the original individual loan amount back to the blanket upon sale.

I am evaluating to invest in WorldQuest and I would like to hear about your experience. 

Once you get a little experience and have learned a few things from using tenant cloud, etc... it may be easier to screen without paying extra fees, but that's just me, I like infrastructure when I'm new at something.
