I was wondering if anyone out here knows of any real estate networking events in my area of North Houston?

Like people have mentioned before me, join all the meet-ups and events available.

You generally have to demonstrate that the property generates sufficient NOI to cover the mortgage payments; some also require an additional reserve of funds in the IRA in the event tenants move out, etc.  

. #2 - Add Signage so that in the event somebody ignores the policy, the signage is there for further protection. #3 - Notify my insurance company of this policy so in the event there is damage to a visitor's car, they are aware of the policy and will deny any claim against them for damage to a guest's vehicleI'd like to hear from those of you in MA who have had similar situations with damage to vehicles from falling ice and how you have made changes to your policies to limit your insurance exposure. 

Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.  

I'd recommend connecting with buyers at REI networking events and asking people on BP where they want to buy.  

Stay away from the “guru” sales-pitch events - they rarely increase your investment knowledge, they merely empty your wallet!
