He wouldn't respond to e-mails in a timely fashion and don't even THINK about asking about texting.I ended up talking to the seller directly, because he had some concerns in general about our deal (I had underwriting issues) and I had issues with questions/disclosures I was not getting back.

My ideal type of property purchases will be multifamily and I want to start out with at least a duplex and hopefully scale up to apartments to minimize costs.

Someone specializing in SFH / residential that would ideally have both rental and flip experience - or at least great sales/listing experience.

Multi family would be ideal, however single family would be ok as well.
