As far as I know these are commercial loans in the state of WA (they are based out of long view, WA near vancouver WA) so there are no limits to the amount of financed properties.The term loan is P&I on 30 year amortization with 10 year term and the LOC is interest only with 5 term that renewable.You will need global cash flow of 1.25% based on their calculations however if you property's DSCR is 1.25 or global is 1.25 then you should be fine.If you need the commercial representative let me know I'll connect you.
