How do I write that into a lease and where on the policy is the homeowner listed on the policy?

I am looking for recommendations for a good person to consult with on RE business entity structure in the DFW area. 

Further it gives you a cause of action for tenant holding over when the lease ends, which many a landlord were very thankful for during COVID.You can always add a month to month addendum in the future if you come to an appropriate rent for a proposed month to month tenancy. 

That means calling the shots, setting my own schedule, and spending quality time with my loved ones – all while building something substantial for the future for my family.So, I'm throwing caution to the wind and jumping into this with both feet.

I will give her till March 17th, since I already promised that and she has it in writing, but then I will increase the rent and will post an add for the property (and probably call a property manager as well, to see if they will take the property on)...Honestly, hiring a property manage is not that easy.

great alternative way to look at it. thats sort of how i was leaning with my logic. like i would rather keep a good tenant for a long time and "lose" some market value but guarntee no vacancy. i figure i could write in a large penalty for cancellation too prior to term ends.
