Funny thing is there seems to be a lot of Realtors that pay attention to zillow, and I'll get calls from them looking for good deals for their retail buyers.I did this four times last year.

(Funny thing is I told that to a banker one day when I was walking him through my property management company and he said most home owners are in the same situation.)I will phrase this another way: I am satisfied when an issue in one of my rentals costs me only a reasonable amount of money and none of my time.My company does such a good job they leave me free to do what I have a passion for which is helping other people improve their lives financially.Chris

On one hand, I understand there is security in a long term lease, but STR’s are so much more profitable, so on the other hand, it’s funny lenders don’t want to see the additional cash flow/reservations.

Whats funny is her roommate posted multiple pictures of their place with their address on that same site advertising for a 3rd roommate but I digress.Of course I apologized profusely in order not to kill the deal, but seriously...I applaud you for being proactive but like both of us have learned, we should be more honest and open upfront ......or just not get caught.

It's funny because the podcasts are great and encouraging but towards the end of them I'm very negative in my head because I can't still get one property and see other investors are buying multiple properties at a time.
