our original lease didn’t require professional cleaning and we did a top notch job cleaning the house, but again during the three weeks of vacancy some flies has died in the window sills and there for they had to hire professional cleaners🙄Then to make it all worse they said the the original managers weren’t professionals and were “Just a bunch of Mexicans who didn’t know what they were doing” I’m not Hispanic but I was really offended with there attitude.We took excellently care of that house and I only wish the tenants in my properties now were half as good as we were.

A lot of it is really just finding a lot of options out there, comparing them, seeing how they feel, seeing what people are saying about them, and worst case you can always drive or fly out to one you like and check out all of the operations and see how you feel about them in person (that made a big difference for me when I started with turnkeys).Philly is a hot turnkey market right now...that is probably your most driveable.
