I grew up in the Northern Liberties/Fish-town/Kensington area and currently live in northern liberties.

Outdoor activities: Panama City Beach offers a variety of outdoor activities, including swimming, fishing, boating, waterfront restaraunts and water sports. 

We pay for our electricity, our cable, and for the heating oil as both units share one furnace.

Spray peppermint oil around the place while having fresh traps set inside.

It is absolutely insane to be paying to run a pool heater of any kind (gas, oil, electric) when there is an air conditioner throwing away lots of heat into the air right next to the pool.  

Beautiful country with 300 miles of beaches, a lovely forested interior with mountains up to 4,000 feet tall, waterfalls, caves, and plenty to do (surfing, kite surfing, snorkeling/scuba diving, boating, fishing, rock climbing, partying, relaxing on the beach).2.

They were pretty easy to work with and are a well oiled machine.
