Does anyone know what the final plan is for the old bus depot at Cary and Robinson in the Fan?

Their target acquisition is between 70-120k depending on how much work it needs.

If I do should I sell when the tenant finally does decide to move or should I continue to rent the house after refinancing to a lower mortgage?

The other question I always ask myself when evaluating acquisitions is for example...if he wants $100K for 100 doors, how much would it cost me in marketing, networking, time etc to obtain 100 doors?

Finished my short sale flip to rental and finally got it rented last week. 

I have not done so, but I have negotiated this with an individual as seller when the final walk thru (outside of the inspection period) revealed damage that had been hidden by the occupants furnishings during original viewing and inspection period.

My family's farm is multi-generational (currently 6th generation, to be exact), so I have been exposed many of the aspects and tangents of RE via involvement with the family business including generational wealth management, land acquisition, rental homes, tenants, etc. 

Just when we were about to close escrow, the house was finally cleaned out & vacated.

Houston is finally starting to get some respect as we get a major influx of people coming from other cities looking for lower taxes and better quality of life.
