How exactly do I find a property, get a contractor or 2 to provide estimates, submit my application to the crowdfunding site, wait for approval and submit my offer within a reasonable amount of time?

No disclosure just means that the seller/owner likely has no idea about the condition of the property and its innards, and is making no claim about any of it, for instance someone who inherited a rental property and has never lived there or inspected it personally.   

To me, that is a neutral thing, depending on the exact specifics of you intentions..

Actually, I'm looking in the suburbs of Philly, to be exact, around King of Prussia area (10-20-miles perimeter) as it is close to my work and where I live now.  

I would like to know exactly what are you learning with regards to rehabbing. 

What is the seller going to do with ALL the moneyI prefer to ask these exact questions in that order.
