Keep in mind, they don’t encounter this every day so it may not be familiar to them, but just explain what you are doing and ask for their help.

The only other classes in high school that I am aware of that teach skills we us EVERY day are English and Health. 

And three, **** happens, deals fall out everyday, just reset, get back to it, and try not to make the same mistakes again.

Quick question....I can make the calls and set the appointments, but vising the properties I feel is going to be my biggest issue because I work from 9 to 6pm everyday M- F (Saturday's and Sunday's I would prefer to make calls to drive sales). 

There are so many great features regarding tenant management, managing budgets for rehabs, keeping track of everyday bills, etc that it is hard to go into on a forum post because it would be a long read.Also, something to consider is that buildium has excellent customer service and very easy to understand tutorial videos when you have questions about how to use a certain aspect of the software.Between myself and my business partner we own and manage around 150 units give or take here in CT and we never have any issues with the software not performing when we need it to.

However, I have two mentors with portfolios of 100+ units that I see just about everyday.

Now they're always on time, because not only I change late fee, but $10 in addition per every day that they're late. 

This taught me to put the scope of work in writing, let the contractor pick the due date, and attach a fee to that contract for every day it is late.

So far I am getting calls everyday from the marketing I am doing, but I am not happy with the prospects. 

I love what I do, real estate is my passion and I learn something new everyday.
