@Ronald Perich  I was trying to get there for the GKIC Dan Kennedy event, but now it looks like the next day I have to be in Florida, so not sure I can coordinate all of that or that I want to be away from home for almost a week. 

In this case, we are only talking about personal liability in the event of a default on the loan.  

I run a monthly networking event here in town.

Most RM's are in default due to a "maturity event" which is industry term for dead borrower, balloon now due.The point is to look for the triggers or evidence of a problem.
